When will I get my stuff?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. All parcels are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking code except If you choose the Economy option for international, you will not receive a tracking code and tracking will be unavailable to you.
Australian parcels once shipped will be received in 2-10 business days.
International deliveries to the USA, Canada and UK take approximately 2-3 weeks for standard, 4-6 weeks for economy air.
Parcels ordered after December 1st may not be delivered in time for Christmas
Other Countries vary, though expect 2-6 weeks as a guide.

Customs have my stuff! What do I do?
Customs can occasionally interfere! This is out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any customs delays.
Customs are asking me to pay to have my parcel released! HELP!
We are not responsible for paying any customs fees or other taxes for the Country you live in. Please look into any potential extra fees when purchasing products from us. It varies by Country, so please be sure to check the relevant government website for your country.
I am buying a gift for someone and I need it urgently, what do I do?
If you require a gift for a specific date, please contact us first so we can advise on delivery deadlines.
WOOPS! I put in the wrong address, can you send me another item?
You MUST provide the correct shipping address when ordering from us. We cannot take responsibility for lost items or items that have not arrived due to us being given incorrect delivery details. We will not be held liable for any re-delivery fees as a result of items being returned to us.
Any re-delivery required will incur a $9.99 return fee and the cost of redelivering your parcel.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on our items unless there is a fault.
Why don't you take returns or exchanges on clothing?
We print all of our garments on demand and supply a detailed size chart on each listing. Customers must consult the size chart to ensure the correct size is chosen.
What happens if I cancel my order before it is shipped?
We understand that sometimes a change of mind happens. There is a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs such as lost merchant fees that are non refundable to us. We need to charge this fee so we are not out of pocket due to your change of mind.
